We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Bring the item(s) with your receipt to a store near you. Items can only be exchanged in the country of purchase. Please note that prices and availability may differ by store. If you have any additional questions about store exchange policies, please get in touch with your local store directly

All products purchased from https://bgjeans.com  can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:-

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to bgrinjeans@gmail.com  or by calling +92 300 1485445, in case you want to raise a dispute. At BG Jeans, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.

Replacement will be sent in case a defective/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item to bgrinjeans@gmail.com, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Refund:

We have no policy for refund, however in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which will be availed online only.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
